      My elementary school teacher from 3-6th grade inspired me with her loving-kindness, patience and dedication to teaching; all which has heavily influenced who I am today and what I do to fulfill my life & that of others.

      My father inspires me because after mom passed away at a young age, he took on the role of both parents. It was a tough journey but my brothers and I wouldn't be where we are now if it wasn't for him.

      My experience in training is extensive with truly inspiring transformations for my clients. I teach accountability and always offer support to assist my clients with achieving their desired goals.

      Since 2012 I've received my ISSA Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification, have achieved 3-Tough Mudders, 3-Spartan Races and 1-LA full Marathon

      Don't say "I can't!" around me. Never say "never".

      I love the beach! A few times a year I get all my friends and clients together at the beach for a nice day of Dodgeball, Flag-Football or Ultimate Frisbee

      I measure a client’s success based on how they feel from the moment they wake up to when they fall asleep. As well as reaching their goal weight, goal BF% (body fat) and strength goals.
